Each seminar, led by Hughlings Himwich, is based on a thought-provoking text, ranging from poetry and literary classics to philosophy and neuroscience. Thursday Seminars are offered free to the community and are held online Thursday evenings 6-7:30 p.m. For registration and assignments, email Hugh Himwich.
Do you enjoy spending time in the outdoors and want to ensure you are prepared to respond should things go awry?
Albuquerque Academy offers two Wilderness Medicine Institute training courses: Wilderness First Aid and Wilderness First Responder Recertification. Courses are led by Academy faculty who are certified instructors for NOLS Wilderness Medicine.
